About
I’m a graphic designer with a focus in branding and illustration. My style tends to lean a bit darker, but I’m always down for a challenge. When going into projects, I’m a sucker for detail and playing around with what is given. To me, the process is the most rewarding part of creating. My main skills are branding, illustration, photography, video editing, and I’m proficient in Adobe softwares.

Instagram Carousel
I was tasked with following a brand guide and creating an Instagram carousel post that would fit said guidelines. The brand that was given was Global Commons Alliance. Since they focus on protecting Earth’s resources, I decided to make a post about the impact that the fashion industry has on our oceans.
I studied what the brand stood for, the guidelines in place, and started on researching my topic. I utilized Illustrator for the data visualization and graphs, then brought everything into Photoshop to add in the fish and clothing visuals.

Moon & Mortar Branding
In this project, I had to build a brand from the ground up. That included a brand guide, colors, typefaces, logo and wordmark variations, the whole works. So, in my usual fashion, I decided to go the witchy route. Moon & Mortar Tea House is a tea-centric cafe that hosts weekly pagan workshops and offers ritual tea blends made in-house.
The process for this project was pretty simple once I had the idea in place. First, we tackled the logo and went through a few rounds of edits, then came the typography and brand expansion, the brand guide, an animation of the logo, stationary/collateral, and finally we presented our brand.

Celestial Sticker Pack
Having merch is one of the best ways to promote yourself, and who doesn’t love decorating with stickers? As someone who collects stickers myself, I decided to expand my personal brand by creating a sticker set. My main muse is celestial bodies and witchy practices, so these stickers pull from those aesthetics. I used Procreate to draw up some ideas and design each sticker in the set.

Enchanted Ovens Cookbook
This project focused on typography and learning Adobe InDesign’s paragraph and character styles. I love baking, and it has become an annual event to bake a honey cake for the Summer Solstice. Going with that thought, I crafted a cookbook that delves into kitchen witchraft and matching ingredients with intention to make treats that are both tasty and magical.
The programs I used were Illustrator for the drawn graphic
elements, Photoshop for the food photography, and of course
InDesign to put the book together. My process started with a bunch of research on ingredients and their practical and magical uses. From there, I found some recipes that sounded good to me and got to work.

2036 Olympic Branding
In this project, a couple of classmates and I were tasked with making a brand image for Hanoi, Vietnam for the 2036 Olympics. It is important to take into consideration the country’s history, but also design in a way that helps them stick out. We read up on the history of their architecture, beliefs, and recurring imagery that popped up.
We ended up using colors from their flag, as well as the coloring seen on the multitude of dragon statues seen in and around Hanoi. We also landed on a wide set sans serif that mirrored the historic architecture seen in the city. Illustrator was used for the bulk of the project as we worked on the logo and mockup designs.

Sugar Shot Website
To learn HTML and CSS, I was tasked with coding a website for Sugar Shot, a dessert cocktail bar. When brainstorming ideas, I couldn't help but keep going back to the idea of something vibrant, colorful, and 70s-themed. At the time, I was obsessed with conversation pits, which led me to the theme of the bar being bright and a bit psychedelic. I also pulled inspiration from the bar in the Meow Wolf Omega Mart exhibit in Vegas. This project focused on coding in design elements while making sure the website stays responsive across devices.

Postergeist Zine
This project had me take a look at some aspect of graphic design history and turn it into a zine. As a person who loves all genres of horror and how it reflects human nature, I knew I wanted to do something with horror movie posters. I decided to research the themes and visual trends of said posters from the 1930s all the way to the 2000s. I took aesthetic inspiration from Fangoria Magazine and played around with comic-style fonts to achieve the look I was going for.
